Joyce and I are the grandparents of 9 wonderful grand children living in the beautiful mountains of Asheville N. C.
Both of us have enjoyed excellent health. We have been what you might say, health conscious, for the majority of our adult lives. We have consumed an all natural diet up to about 5 years ago when we switched to a mostly organic diet.
For about a month now we have been enjoying a mostly raw fruit and vegetable diet and it is working out very well.
We have not had much reason to visit doctors therefore we have not taken much prescription or over the counter drugs. We have not had a need for them and we have been aware of the side effects of them.
Just recently we were introduced to doTERRA, a company with an excellent line of essential oils. We didn’t know much about essential oils in the beginning, we still don’t know much, but as we learned of their properties and as we started using them in our lives be became convinced they are the answer to most of our health needs today.
Essential oils have been around since the beginning. Remember, the three wise men thought enough of them to include Frankincense and Myrrh with Gold as an offering to the baby Jesus.
Essential oils are used for a very wide range of emotions and physical wellness applications. They are naturally safe and have few, if any undesirable side effects when used as directed.
